Live in-person Mind Mapping.

Better than slide decks and narratives, RAD provides a live in-person Mind Mapping service to enhance and record your business conferences, off-sites and retreats. The full color maps are then digitized ready for distribution to the delegates to give them a detailed account of their experience to review and use for discussion and forward actions.

Discovery

Getting to know the clients needs

January 2023. The first meeting with Brian Robertson where he viewed Brian Weller’s Mind Map of the life and work of Leonardo da Vinci. B R requested a Mind Map that would showcase VisiQuate.

Unpacking the brief.

February 2023. Initial conversations with BR were recorded to explore his vision for an All Things VisiQuate Mind Map. BW was given access to VQ8’s archive of media assets, slide ware and website.

Design

Prototyping.

March 2023. BW then created the 5ft by 12ft prototype Mind Map plus a 4ft by 5ft appendix Mind Map

Finalizing content.

March 2023. Brian W presented the prototype Mind Maps to BR who then spent a few weeks adding notes, changes and suggestions.

April 2023. BW reviewed the changes and created the final Mind Map.

Delivery

Feedback.

May 2023. BW presented the final Mind Map to BR for his appreciation and feedback.

Follow Through.

June 2023. BR commissioned BW to create a movie and trailer of BR and BW presenting the Mind Map to be used for new hires on-boarding and investor presentations.
