We founded RAD Creative with a simple and compelling premise. That disruptive times are ripe with opportunity for breakthroughs fueled by radical creativity. We apply cognitive science, design thinking and use emerging technologies to provide hyper-personalized services. Rad Creative specializes in giving transformative seminars, keynotes and creative consulting to delight and empower our audiences and clients.

RAD has secured dozens of clients in over 20 counties. They include: IBM, Shell International Petroleum, DuPont, Imperial Chemical Industries, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Syngenta Agrochemicals, Barclays Bank, The University of Oxford, The UK Civil Service College, Jaguar Cars and VisiQuate Inc. USA. Brian is also a visiting faculty member at Universities in California, Hawaii and Thailand.

About Brian Weller

Brian has a passion for learning and creativity. He is an artist, dancer, theater set designer, researcher and innovator. As a founder member of The Learning Methods Group, the UK company that pioneered neuroscience-based learning skills in education and business, he co-originated Mind Mapping that has become a global phenomenon. Brian is a cognitive scientist, organizational facilitator, keynote speaker and learning and creativity consultant to international businesses, government and business schools.
